Shipping information

Orders are normally shipped out from the Netherlands within 3 business days of the placement of your order if the ordered products are all in stock. Shipments will be done by the local Dutch postal service, DHL, DPD or UPS.

If your ordered products are not in stock they are usually produced within one to two weeks, depending on the size of your order and the amount of orders placed by other customers. 

In case of delay or other problems regarding your order you will be notified by e-mail immediately. If you encounter any problems regarding the shipping of your order, contant us by sending an e-mail to 'info@schriekengineering.nl'.

Shipping costs are included in the check out. However, this does not include any potential import taxes and fees, directed to you by your country's customs. Therefore, be aware of possible additional costs.

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if the products are still in new (unused, and undamaged) condition. This applies only to universal products as customized products are not returnable as they are made specifically to your needs. In case of damage to the item(s) in any way, the refund price will be adapted according to the loss of value of the item. 

The price paid for the product(s) will be fully refunded when the items are in new condition however, the paid shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. Also, the shipping costs of returning the products to the seller are to be paid for by the customer.
